Hey! I'm Pippa

I’m a Health & Mindset Coach with over 3.5 years of coaching experience, helping people regain their energy, improve their health, and start living life the way they truly want to.

Over the years, I’ve noticed a common theme with the people I work with. Most people aren’t necessarily looking for something complicated. They simply want more energy, more motivation, and to feel like themselves again.

I’ve helped hundreds of people regain their energy and reach their health goals so they can enjoy each day with more vitality, confidence, and freedom.

My background is in elite sport. I competed as a semi-professional high jumper, and I now train as a heptathlete for fun and enjoyment. Sport has taught me the importance of discipline, mindset, and taking care of your body so you can perform at your best.

Today, my focus is on living in a way that supports optimal health and high energy. I currently balance three jobs, train for my sport five times a week, and still make time for the people who matter most to me.

I truly believe you can create the energy, health, and lifestyle you want and I’m here to help you get there.

Alongside my coaching experience, I hold a BA (Hons) in Sport & Social Science, and I’m also a qualified yoga instructor, personal trainer, and certified health coach.
